Proposal For The National Day Of…

…Quality in Education, when institutions with valuable teachers and bright students are celebrated alongside schools that keep up to date with trends.

Healthy Citizens – a day to celebrate sports, medicine, and everything that your country can offer you for a healthy living

Citizenship Involvement

Technological Development

Freedom of Speech

Bottom line: wouldn’t it be better if our holidays would celebrate a value rather than a cvasi-anonimous saint name?

Note To Self: Be Specific In Contracts

This is to me & all that at one point felt more specific contractual terms would have saved a lot of headaches:

  • Always state Who does What until When
  • Always in writing
  • Always repeat and send confirmation emails
  • Aways have written minutes
  • Over-communicate instead of under-communicate. Being in between the two is often ineffective
  • Use a RASCI chart

… what else?

Train ride stories #2 – the happy grandmother

“You can achieve anything you want, as long as you want it strong enough” said the old lady in the train to Timisoara. She was going to see her new-born grandson for the first time. She might have been over enthusiastic.

After all, I’m working on a project I love with the person I love. Photography just happens to be a part of the process. I’ve gotten to the point where I want to work for only three people: myself, those I love, and my subjects. – ,

The Bullshit Dance

This story follows a series of experiences, the last one being a recent conversation with a Nigerian soccer player that landed in one of Romania’s most international-void places. This is my home city, once the pride of Romania’s steel industry because parts of the Eiffel tower and first country locomotives had been built here, it later became a culturally and economically deserted place.

The train ride…

After scanning the inside of the train from the outside, I chose the Continue reading
